How do i make guy friends?

I dont have any guy friends which is weird because i have a lot of girl friends and they all have guy friends that they joke around with and talk to. It is the end of the year so should i wait till next year? The only time i was ever close to being friends with a guy was when i was in the volleyball team and the track team and we clicked but i was a little nervous when i was around them. I am very popular too so they know me but i think they are a little nervous too. Help PLZ! I get really nervous any tips?How do i make guy friends?
Sometimes guys are a bit intimidated by those who are very popular, too smart and/or too pretty. They don't know how to approach you in fear of looking silly or bad, so they may just avoid you entirely.





Don't hold it against them, but sometimes you may need to take the first step and show them that you would be a good friend to have.





Don't come across too eager or too flirtatious, that sometimes does more harm than good and you don't want to give off the wrong impression by trying too hard.





If you feel comfortable enough with any of your close girlfriends, that you trust to give you an honest answer, you might ask them if they have heard any feed back, from the guys, about you or maybe they see something in you that your are not aware of and would be willing to share since you asked.





However, don't ask the question unless you are ready for a response. If it should come back negative, don't take it to heart just work with it to your best interest.





Remember stay true to yourself, that's who your family and true friends really love.
