How can I get rid of him and we can still just be friends? Guy advice need help.?

So this guy, I work with him. He is 26, I'm 20. We've been getting really close since last June. I still like him. ALOT. But things are obviously not going to work out with us.


Basically, he is still technically married... (Possibly for his citizenship I guess...) But since his wife started fooling around after a year or two of their marriage, they ';broke up'; yet they still live together, and have a kid together. So this guy and I work with his wife as well and I'm tired of being this ';other woman'; i guess...


He is the sweetest person in the world on the weekdays (when his wife is not around) and the other days when she is around, It seems like he doesn't want to talk to me(or anybody else that is) He is just a lot more serious, and I don't like that. I can't take his ignorance and the fact that we have been flirting, making out, talking, etc... all these months and he says he loves me... But yet, it seems she is more important. Yet she is out fooling around with the our other coworker the past 2 years. And its no secret.





I know that by Sunday afternoon when his wife goes home and it is just me and him at the job alone, he will start to get more friendly and flirt and maybe even try to kiss me... whatever. I just want to be friends with him.. no more making out.. Because I am starting to feel guilty.. even though he is single.. so all of my coworkers say, anyway. (he never talked to me about her before.)





I want to remain friends with him, But thats all. I'm a little shy, and I don't wanna be so straightforward like, ';we're done';... because technically we're not really BF %26amp; GF.


He did ask me in like August.. but I told him I'd have to think about it because I didn't know his situation...... Since then, all we have been doing was making out and flirting at work and texting all night. He told me like last week, ';I will always be here for you.. You ever call me and say you wanna see me, I'll always be up for that.';


Seems like what he says and what his actions are when his wife is around are totally different.


I know if I talked to him about her, He'd prob let me know what's up with this....


But I feel that it is responsibility to come to me and let me know the deal.





WE WILL STILL HAVE TO WORK TOGETHER SO WE HAVE TO BE ON GOOD TERMS... YOU KNOW, FRIENDS.

The best way is to be straightforward with him and at the same time, ask him to remain friends with you.
