How do i become more outgoing with my guy friends?

I have a few guy friends, but they think i should be more outgoing with them, but im not really sure how to become more outgoing when talking to guys or how to start a conversation??

Get to know sports a little bit. Watch Sportscenter Top 10 on Espn. Understand who the people are in the top 10 and what is going on with them. You don't have to be super duper smart about it. But, I guarantee any cute girl who can make a comment about Lebron James sick dunk on Sportscenter will turn a guys head.





By the way, the Top 10 is on every day on Sportscenter.How do i become more outgoing with my guy friends?
Is ';incoming'; the opposite of ';outgoing';?
Be yourself! I mean when I am talking to my guy friends I talk about my life and stuff I know they like.
