How do I get my parents to let me hang out with my guy friends?

My parents think that whenever I'm with a guy, I'll have sex. They give me long lectures about it and I'm scared to ask them if I can hang out with my guy friends. They are very strict and think that the only friends I have are girls. I've lied to them about it, but I don't want to lie anymore. Please help.How do I get my parents to let me hang out with my guy friends?
Just act like a responsible adult and have a frank discussion with them about how you like to hang around with guys from time to time but are not attracted to them or anything its more of a brotherly relationship. Offer to invite them round for dinner so your parents can meet them and leave your door open and try to let your parents get to know them so they wont be as suspicious.
